VANCOUVER, May 13, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU; TSX: LLL) announced today that the Company will host its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at The Fairmont Waterfront Hotel (Cheakamus Room), 900 Canada Place Way, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The record date for the determination of the stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting was the close of business on April 22, 2009. Attendance at the meeting will be limited to stockholders of record and beneficial owners who provide proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date (such as an account statement, a copy of the voting instruction card provided by a broker, bank, trustee, or nominee, or other similar evidence of ownership).
